@salkis Thanks for the quick answer, I also had a question about gluing parts of clay together, I made my first cut a pendant and I had the effect of an egg dangling from a branch, but I am frightened the egg will fall off, I baked all the components together but it seems like a strong pressure could? pop the egg off, what do u suggest for keeping pieces from popping off is translucent clay enough?

@salkis You should let it cool to “cut” the finished cane.. But if this clay sits for too long it loses its condition, which means it could crack or brake. I recommend finishing the whole? cane, THEN letting it sit or chill in the frig… Hope that helps. =D

@IHeArTrOcK20 You can use your hands to condition the clay if you don’t have a pasta machine, you can use a hard? fake roller too. But the the machine I use is for making EXACT thickness of clay. Its very uniform and can be used to achieve equal measures of clay. Its not impossible to form or craft without one. but you will find yourself able to do more WITH one then without. To pledge question, if you are careful with what you do, yes you can do this without one. But it will take longer.
